Freedom Imaging Systems understands that full and appropriate training is often the key to achieving maximum benefit from your imaging systems. Whether you need training for one department or throughout your organization, we're here to provide on-site training that will guide your staff through every aspect of your system.
Technical Support
In addition to your RICAR system purchase, Freedom provides unlimited 24/7 software support for the first year. Each year following, yearly software maintenance is available for a reasonable yearly maintenance price. Support is available via phone, pager, and email.
Freedom's system comfortably runs on most major brand hardware (i.e. Compaq, Dell, Bell & Howell and Kodak). We utilize their hardware support personnel that provide up to 4 hour response for hardware issues.
