Once you have decided to go with Freedom's RICAR (Record Image Capture And Retrieval) system, you may decide to implement one or all of the RICAR modules. The first step is capturing the data and transforming it into an electronic file. Faxed documents can be converted to an electronic image, saved into a report storage and retrieval system, and stored into FreeView - allowing you to save money and reclaim valuable office space.
