August 2009 - Freedom Imaging Systems to Partner with Paradatec.  Freedom Imaging Systems, a leading provider of rapidly deployable enterprise content management solutions, is now a certified systems integrator of Paradatec’s powerful OCR software: PROSAR-AIDA and PROKEY.

PROSAR-AIDA is designed with electronic content management (ECM) in mind.   It consists of two components: the first is the PROSAR recognition program, which is built from artificial neural networks. It automatically reads documents of every kind – whether they be order forms, applications, correspondence, invoices, insurance claims, mortgage documents or other structured or unstructured documents.
The AIDA analysis program, which stands for Artificial Intelligence for Document Analysis, is the second step in the process. Because of AIDA’s straightforward - hierarchical approach to data analysis, structured, semi-structured as well as completely unstructured “freeform” documents can be classified and processed.
PROKEY is a correction/verification application which provides a highly intuitive interface for image-assisted manual data entry. It is tightly integrated with PROSAR-AIDA and provides users with an interface for correction of low confidence values and broken business rules. It has been designed from an ergonomic point of view and configured for maximum data entry speed.
Freedom’s initial plans with PROSAR and PROKEY are to streamline EOB (Explanation of Benefits) processing, 835 file creation and Accounts Payable/Receivable document processing.
Integrating PROSAR-AIDA and PROKEY with Freedom’s robust ECM software RICAR (Record Image Capture and Retrieval) will provide clients with a fully automated, fully indexed document management solution.
