 Freedom Imaging Systems implements a document management and processing solution that will allow your organization to move their paper-based (or microfilm) archive into an electronic system that not only secures your documents but allows your organization to utilize Workflow (Wf) queuing processes to assist with a more effective and efficient methodology of performing the tasks of paper-based records.

Phase I
1. Capture and index images for desktop access via LAN, WAN and Internet.
2. Design, configure and install solution networked hardware.
3. Deploy software and train personnel for electronic document access and basic system administration.
4. Monitor conversion to electronic access and use.
5. Adjust solution and network design as necessary. |

Phase II
1. Identify current Data Entry (DE) processing protocols, including recording activities, reporting activities, internal information systems (IS) capabilities and data trends.
2. Collaborate and assist with Wf design and development.
3. Deploy and train personnel on electronic document processing.
4. Monitor conversion to electronic processing and adjust solution design as necessary.
5. Record and report Wf processing data to identify trends, timings, slowdowns and stop gaps. |

1. Identify documentation add-ons throughout the organization. Deploy electronic documentation file archiving and data exchanges.
2. Collaborate and assist with continued Wf design improvement and development.
3. Deploy and train personnel on extracurricular file archive and management.
4. Explore e-forms use and/or RICAR data mining. |
